Nominations for the Rao and Reddy Mentoring Award are encouraged from students or can be self-nominations supported by letters from students, emphasizing the nominee's mentoring contributions. Preference will be given to nominations that include at least two letters from mentees attesting to the nominee's mentorship. A notable aspect of the award presentation is that one of Dr. Reddy's former Ph.D. students will be present at the conference to honor the legacy of these distinguished educators.Dr. Rao and Dr. Reddy are celebrated figures in the realm of business education, having made significant contributions to the field through their teaching and mentorship. Dr. Rao, a pioneer in integrating analytical rigor into management education, served as a professor and dean at IIM Bangalore and was instrumental in shaping generations of management students. Similarly, Dr. Reddy, whose career spanned over three decades at IIM Calcutta, was renowned for his expertise in econometrics and applied economics. The conference will also feature a Best Paper Award, sponsored by Dr. Ajay Manrai in memory of his wife, Dr. Manrai. This award will be given to the best paper in each conference track based on originality, rigor, and contribution to the field, as determined by the review committee. Selected full papers from the conference are also eligible for publication in esteemed journals, furthering the academic discourse in the field of marketing.
