We only collect what you choose to share with us, plus basic technical analytics. Specifically:

• Enquiry & contact forms. When you reach out through a contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you send us.
• AI Stall Designer. When you use our stall-design tool, we collect the company and brand details you enter and any logo you optionally upload, so we can generate concepts tailored to you.
• Usage analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use the site — pages viewed, broad location and device type — to understand what is working and improve the experience.

The information you share is used only to serve your enquiry and run our business. In practice that means:

• Responding to your enquiries and answering questions about our work.
• Generating and refining design concepts for your event or exhibition stall.
• Following up on a project, preparing a proposal, and staying in touch about work you have asked us to do.
• Maintaining and improving the website and the design tool.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or use a tool on this site, and to provide the services you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time — email us at support@neomproductions.in or use our data & privacy request page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and we may retain limited information where the law requires us to.

Submissions and design data are stored in a secure cloud backend (Supabase) with access restricted to our team. Uploaded logos and generated concept images are held in secure cloud storage. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Some of the trusted service providers we use to run this site — including our cloud database and hosting provider, and the AI image-generation provider that powers the Stall Designer — may store or process your data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy and applicable law, and such transfers are made only to jurisdictions permitted under the DPDP Act and its rules.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Your details are used solely to respond to you and deliver the services you ask for.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. The data shared with them is limited to what each service needs to function:

• Cloud hosting & database. Our website and data are hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure and database providers (including Supabase).
• AI image generation. The AI Stall Designer sends the brand details and any logo you provide to a third-party AI image-generation provider in order to produce concept visuals.
• Analytics. Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics are processed to help us understand site performance.

These providers act as our data processors — they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

The site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure aggregate usage. These do not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as smoothly if you do.

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our work together, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you (the “Data Principal”) have the right to:

• Access. Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Correction & updating. Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated.
• Erasure. Ask us to delete personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
• Grievance redressal. Have any grievance about our handling of your data addressed by our Grievance Officer (below).
• Nomination. Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
• Withdraw consent. Withdraw your consent to further processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@neomproductions.in or use our data & privacy request page. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, our Grievance Officer is responsible for addressing your questions and complaints about how we handle your personal data. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services evolve or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
