Which cities do you work in?

We're based in Bengaluru and work pan-India. Most of our team and our fabrication unit sit in Bengaluru, but we regularly produce events and build exhibition stands in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and the major expo venues across the country. Wherever your show or venue is, we travel, set up and run it on-site.

How much lead time do you need to build an exhibition stall?

For a fully custom stand we like 3 to 4 weeks from sign-off — that covers design, in-house fabrication, branding and on-site installation. We've turned tighter timelines around when needed, so if your show is sooner, talk to us; we'll be straight about what's achievable without cutting corners on finish or safety.

Do you fabricate in-house?

Yes — 100% in-house. We have our own fabrication unit, so we control quality, finish and timelines end to end rather than sub-contracting and hoping for the best. It also means we can stand behind every joint, panel and light on your stand, and make last-minute changes on the floor when a show throws a surprise at us.

What's the difference between a custom stand and a shell-scheme booth?

A shell-scheme is the basic, organiser-supplied booth — fixed walls, a fascia name board and standard dimensions. A custom stand is designed and built from the ground up to your brand: bespoke architecture, branding, lighting, product displays, meeting spaces and double-decker structures if the floor allows. We do both — we can dress up a shell-scheme smartly or engineer a full custom island stand that owns the hall.

Do you handle everything — design, build, installation and teardown?

There's no flat price because every brief is different — but the main cost drivers are stand or stage size, whether it's custom or shell-scheme, structural complexity (single vs. double-decker, hanging rigs), the level of AV, lighting and LED, the number of cities, and how much custom fabrication and branding is involved. Tell us your stand size, city and rough budget and we'll come back with a clear, itemised proposal so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Can you work to our brand guidelines?

Absolutely — that's the norm, not the exception. We design to your brand book: colours, typography, logo usage, tone and any campaign creative you're running. If you have a guidelines document, share it and we'll build to it precisely. If you don't, our design team can shape a look that's true to your brand and lands hard on the floor.

Can you handle multiple events or stands across different cities?

Yes. We regularly run multi-city programmes — the same stand travelling a roadshow, or several events and stands running in parallel across cities. How far in advance should we book?

For a custom exhibition stand, 3 to 4 weeks before the show is comfortable; for larger corporate events and launches, a few weeks to a couple of months gives us room to do the concept and creative justice. That said, we keep capacity for tight turnarounds — if your date is soon, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it to our standard.
