Data & Privacy Requests

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you — the Data Principal — can ask NEOM Productions & Events to access, correct, update or delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes the details you’ve shared through an enquiry or contact form, and anything submitted to the AI Stall Designer.
What you can request
- Access. A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction / Update. A fix for inaccurate or outdated information in our records.
- Deletion / Erasure. Permanent removal of your personal data from our systems.
- Withdraw consent. Opt out of future processing of your data, where processing relies on your consent.
How it works
When we receive a request, we first verify it’s genuinely from you — we may confirm via the email or phone number you used to reach us. Once verified, we action the request within a reasonable time and confirm by email once it’s done.
Some data may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where the law requires it — for example, tax and accounting records. Where this applies, we’ll tell you transparently what we’re keeping and why.

If you’re unsatisfied with how your request is handled, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
