CII National Energy Efficiency Circle Competition

The CII National Energy Efficiency Circle Competition is a prestigious event aimed at promoting energy efficiency and sustainability practices among businesses and organizations in India. This 10th edition, themed 'Powering the Net Zero Goals', will take place at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. The competition is designed to fast-track the adoption of energy efficiency measures by allowing participants to learn from each other and share best practices. The event is organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) through its Centre of Excellence for Competitiveness, which has a significant history of working with various sectors to enhance resource efficiency.Over the past nine editions, the competition has seen participation from over 4,900 professionals across more than 1,900 organizations, showcasing over 4,200 world-class case studies in energy efficiency and sustainability. This has culminated in over 350 organizations receiving awards across more than ten competition categories, which serve as a motivating factor for continued excellence in energy management. The competition is expected to feature more than 400 businesses, industry leaders, technology providers, and institutions, including designated consumers under the Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) Scheme, all of whom will present their success stories in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate action. Participants aim to learn from industry leaders, adopt benchmark practices, and demonstrate their commitment to achieving Net Zero Emission targets for the country. The event promises to provide invaluable exposure to new trends in energy solutions and sustainability practices, with opportunities for recognition and awards for outstanding contributions in these areas.
