The conference aims to create opportunities for women to present their work in these emerging areas, promoting inclusive leadership and amplifying the diverse voices that are driving innovation within the technology sector.Organized in partnership with the IEEE Circuits & Systems Society Bangalore Chapter, the IEEE Bangalore Section, and the IEEE Women in Engineering Council Bangalore, this year's theme is 'Empowering Innovation: From Intelligent Silicon to Global Ecosystems.' The conference is designed to attract professionals in roles such as Project Managers and Software Engineers, enabling networking and knowledge sharing among participants.
